Hmmm what do you mean by “programmed?” There are 3 books, this one being the last. I’m going to do some more stupid snake comics once this book is finished, more on that when the book actually ends.
They pray for continuity, but receive only a disconnected snore instead of assurance. Aviv, if the Stupid Snake bites its own tail, how can it ever end? You’ll be drawing this forever . . .
If I would put the snake at the center of the plot, then yes, it could go on forever. That’s why I concentrate on other characters, only in relation to the snake.
I’m going to do the opposite when this story ends. It’ll be short comics starring the snake. And that could go on forever, I suppose, but I’ll probably get tired of it eventually…
i loev what you did with the “dialogue bubble thingies” in the last panel
kinda felt sorry for the “japanesian hobbits” but then i remembered that they ride a duck and a goose and all my sorry went to the trash can…i mean thats just jawesome…
Haha, at first I thought that the snake symbol was a womb with a symbolism egg in the middle, so I thought they were praying for a baby. I had to take a second look to see what it really was, silly me!
Also, I’ve been a long time reader and I have to say I really enjoy your comic. It’s nothing like I’ve ever read before and it has been quite a nice, refreshing turn in the usual comics. Thank you for all your great work in making this story and art.
