Here’s the duck in his summer wear, in case you forgot how his head looks like. This was drawn for fellow cartoonist Kyle Starks, who has some fanart in the second book of Stupid Snake. He asked for the duck.
I used this lovely pen which is very dear to my heart… as far as pens go, anyway. It’s very good.
I do commissions, by the way. If you want me to draw you something for money, I am totally gonna do that for you. For money. And for art!
This duck was free of charge, though.

Small suggestion: The last frame takes a second to read and put in location. I think it would be a good idea to make the arch thing an anchor across the page, having it show (even a bit) somewhere in the last frame. Like I said it will anchor the scene in that frame.
I dunno about that, but I’m thinking of drawing the pterodactyl walking on the mountain in the distance there. That should connect the two panels neatly.
And… done. Hope it’s clearer now.
Pterodactyl as the anchor works well too. Good job.
BTW, you have to have a commission button somewhere in this site man.
As soon as I figure out how to make it work!
So the site is a little bit broken. Not my fault, for a change. Curse you ComicPress!!!
I’m working on it…
Everything’s fixed, I think.
Let me know if something doesn’t work or doesn’t look right.
And he walks away from the fires and friends, out into the snow . . .
I’m not sure, Scrod,…it seems more (to me) like he’s walking out after his friends that hecame here with… After all, the bearded fellow left in a “huff” with the girl, and then the troll ran off in that direction with his friend too, after seeing the duck…
Perhaps the Pterodactyl-man is merely walking to catch up with them?
Jadugara ^_^
Yeah, he may come back, or maybe he needs to go take a walk and clear his head. All these good things have happened, but he’ll never fly again and his wife is still dead.
It looks to me that the snake’s revelations means that they need some alone time.
I dunno, I think Pterodactyl is looking a little better. His panels here are the first fully nonchalant thing he’s done in a *while*.
